We thrift these men's shirts in excellent condition and Lady Di (my mom) crops the bottom of the shirt and uses that fabric to create a ruffle on the collar.

All sizes are Mens. If you want a more fitted look, size down from your usual size in womans. If you want a oversized look, stick to your women's size, or size up.
